To use the image of a mustang that the most vividly reflects character of the wine, its nobleness and refers to the country of its origin. Winemakers are devoted to their vineyards just as much as horse-breeders are devoted to Spanish bred horses. The name – El Mustango – also reflects the above values and emphasizes the strong, masculine character of the product.
